LED STRIP BOARD AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A method to manufacture an LED strip substrate comprises the steps of: forming a circuit pattern on a mother substrate to provide an LED terminal array by arranging a plurality of LED terminals in a line; and cutting the mother substrate in a zigzag form by alternately crossing the odd-numbered LED terminals and the even-numbered LED terminals from one side of the LED terminal array towards the other side to form a plurality of strip-shaped LED strip substrates. The method to manufacture an LED strip substrate can minimize substrate waste during the manufacturing process of a strip-shaped LED module.
