The present invention relates to a wireless power transmission apparatus, a wireless power transmission method, and a wireless power transmission system using the same. The wireless power transmission apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention includes an antenna part which includes at least one rotary antenna which changes a radio direction and at least one fixed antenna which fixes the radio direction, a wireless power providing unit which provides power with a magnetic resonance method by supplying a wireless power signal to a wireless power receiving apparatus by using the rotary antenna or the fixed antenna, and a control unit which controls to rotate at least part of the rotary antenna by reflecting the changed location if the location of the wireless power receiving apparatus is changed.
