<p>The present invention relates to a drying method of ginseng which includes a periodic temperature and humidity changing and drying step of changing the temperature and humidity with regular. More specifically, the present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for drying ginseng, wherein, according to the drying method of the ginseng including fresh ginseng, Korean Taekuk ginseng, or red ginseng, a heater pump is used to automatically control the temperature and humidity. Thereby, density of ginseng tissues is increased; formation of inner pores is prevented; or scent of ginseng can be maintained.</p> |
