An application processor, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises a memory controller for controlling a memory device; and a DVFS controller which receives the work load of the memory controller and transmits a command to a power management integrated circuit (PMIC) based on a table including voltage information according to an operation clock of the memory device, wherein the PMIC adjusts the voltage supplied to the memory device according to the command. Thus, the application processor, according to an embodiment of the present invention, can provide a required voltage to the memory device in accordance with the operating speed of the memory device.
