PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber member molding device which can avoid enlargement and cost increase and can mold a rubber member in a curved state.SOLUTION: A rubber member molding device includes: a die 3 which makes rubber extruded from an extruder 2 pass through an internal passage 30 and discharges the rubber from an outlet 31; and a spinneret 4 which has a receiving port 41 butting against the outlet 31 to receive the rubber from the outlet 31 and a discharge port 42 for discharging the rubber received at the receiving port 41 in a predetermined shape. A mounting position of the spinneret 4 with respect to the die 3 can be changed. The distribution of a part Ar2, in the receiving port 41, not receiving the rubber directly from the outlet 31 and a part Ar1 receiving the rubber directly can be changed by changing the mounting position of the spinneret 4.
