PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, an information processing device, and a program which can utilize pieces of stored information about an apparatus for a service.SOLUTION: An information processing system comprises: an apparatus information acquisition unit 753 which acquires pieces of apparatus information that each indicate at least a type of a predetermined apparatus; a failure information acquisition unit 754 which acquires failure information about a failure having occurred in the type of apparatus indicated by the apparatus information among the management target apparatuses; a prediction unit 756 which predicts a failure that may occur in the predetermined apparatus on the basis of the acquired failure information; a serviceman information acquisition unit 757 which acquires serviceman information about a serviceman who can cope with the predicted failure; and an output unit 758 which outputs the acquired serviceman information. |
