PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shower head in which the occurrence of abnormal noise associated with water stop using a solenoid valve is suppressed, and to provide a water faucet with the shower head.SOLUTION: A shower head 1 is mounted to a water faucet capable of controlling water delivery and water stop using a solenoid valve. The shower head 1 includes: a body part 3 with a water flow path 2 formed inside; a water delivery socket 6 connected with the downstream side of the body part 3, and including a switching part 61 capable of switching between the flow path of the outer circumference side and the inside flow path; and a water delivery part 4 connected to the downstream side of the water delivery socket 6, and formed of water delivery paths 4a, 4b in communication with the water flow path 2. The water delivery socket 6 is disposed of an elastic mesh member 11 in the vicinity of the switching part 61. The elastic mesh member 11 is compressed by the water flow from the water flow path 2 in the thickness direction during the water delivery, and thereby the interval between the downstream end face 61a of the switching part 61 and the elastic mesh member 11 is increased. |
