PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat insulation performance of an IH cooker heated by an electromagnetic induction heating device.SOLUTION: A heater (10) for IH comprises: a support member (11) placed on a top plate (P) of an electromagnetic induction heating device; a heat generation member (21) which includes a material for generating heat by electromagnetic induction and which has a central region (24) with a top face and an undersurface and a marginal part (25) provided on a periphery of the central region, which projects downward and is supported by the support member; and a heat insulation member (31) which has a shape smaller than that of the heat generation member and faces an undersurface (23) of the heat generation member across a gap (G2) and is covered with the heat generation member from above. |
