PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulator applicable to downsizing of a motor and capable of ensuring protection of a crossover and insulation between a winding part and another member while securing a high space factor of the winding part.SOLUTION: In a motor insulator 1 configured to cover a stator core 20 including a plurality of salient poles 11 radially extending from a substantially outer-ring-shaped yoke 30 to the center, a wound part 12 which covers an outer surface of the stator core and around which a coil is wound includes a flange 13 for preventing winding disorder at a tip side of the salient poles, and an outer edge portion of the insulator includes a ring-shaped outer ring part 31 for connecting the wound parts. At an outer edge of the outer ring part, an outer wall part 32 is erected which extends from the outer ring part in a rotation axis direction for ensuring insulation from another component and on the outer ring part inside of the outer wall part, a predetermined number of lock pins 33 are provided for hanging a crossover connecting predetermined coils. At least partial lock pins are disposed at a position where an outer circumference of the lock pin is overlapped with an extension of thickness of the outer wall part. |
