PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce utility cost necessary for removing hydrogen peroxide remaining in a PET-made bottle, without reducing an amount of use of the hydrogen peroxide and without requiring large equipment .SOLUTION: A sterilizer 3 of a PET-made bottle B includes hydrogen peroxide introducing means 5 for sterilizing the inside of the PET-made bottle B by introducing the hydrogen peroxide into the PET-made bottle B and hot air supply means 6 for removing the hydrogen peroxide remaining in the PET-made bottle B by introducing hot air into the PET-made bottle B after sterilization treatment and continuously performs the sterilization treatment while conveying the plurality of PET-made bottles B. The sterilizer 3 further includes plasma introducing means P for introducing plasma into the PET-made bottle B by injecting the plasma from a nozzle at least at one point of time among a point of time before introducing the hydrogen peroxide into the PET-made bottle B, a point of time after introducing the hydrogen peroxide into the PET-made bottle and before introducing the hot air and a point of time after introducing the hot air into the PET-made bottle B.
