PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper body member of a vehicle capable of allowing a roll bar to receive a headrest therein to keep sufficient living space for a seated crew member while preventing an occipital region of the seated crew member from touching the roll bar.SOLUTION: A roll bar main body 22 is disposed in a reverse U-shape behind a seat 10 having a headrest 13. The roll bar main body 22 comprises a space at least partially overlapping with the roll bar main body 22 in vehicle lateral view such that the headrest 13 is received in the roll bar main body 22, and a headrest restriction member 23 that contacts a rear surface part of the headrest 13 when the headrest 13 is received in the space to restrict a front surface part of the headrest 13 to be positioned forward of a front surface part of the roll bar main body 22 in a front-rear direction of a vehicle. |
