PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for non-blocking execution of a static scheduled processor.SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a processor for processing at least one operation by using transferred input data and an input buffer for transferring the input data to the processor and storing a processing result of the at least one operation. The processor includes at least one functional unit to execute the at least one operation, and the at least one functional unit processes the transferred input data by using at least one of a regular latency operation and an irregular latency operation.
