PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for filing electronic conference documents which reduces burden on an organizer and participants of an electronic conference and is easy to use.SOLUTION: When an organizer of a conference registers a conference schedule with the use of electronic documents, any related conference held in the past is automatically registered. Documents which are the theme of the conference (conference theme documents) and documents for the past related conference associated therewith are automatically downloaded. Screen display processing and operation processing for rapidly switching the display even if there is a large amount of the past related documents are executed. Background display is fixed, and a plurality of arbitrary areas in the documents is simultaneously enlarged.
