PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce down time when a processing request is not executed, when an external device makes the processing request to an apparatus through an information processing device.SOLUTION: An instruction reception unit 40 receives a processing request from an external device, and an instruction analysis unit 41 analyzes the processing request, so as to acquire processing request destination apparatus information on an apparatus of a processing request destination included in the processing request. On the basis of the processing request destination apparatus information and management apparatus information on a currently managed apparatus which is stored in a storage unit 45, a driver determination unit 42 and a network setting determination unit 43 determine whether a driver and network setting correspond to the currently managed apparatus. According to the determination result, the instruction analysis unit 41 determines whether the processing request can be executed on the currently managed apparatus. Then, when it is determined that it is inexecutable, a message creation unit 44 creates a message for prompting an update of an execution environment and a transmission unit 46 notifies the external device. |
