PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a brittle material for a block device suitable for intravascular treatment of an aneurysm in a region of a parent vessel of a patient.SOLUTION: The method includes a process for selecting first and second spray devices respectively having first and second nozzle opening sections and first and second adjustment type flow control sections. The first and second spray devices are so constituted that overlapped spray patterns are formed on a substrate, a droplet of a first liquid containing at least one kind of a biocompatible polymer is delivered through the first spray device, and a droplet of a second liquid containing a non-solvent for the polymer is delivered through the second spray device at a distance selected in advance and a relative translational speed selected in advance.
