PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency switch suitable for differential transmission.SOLUTION: Each SPDT switch 101, 102, including an input terminal 50 for receiving a signal and two output terminals 51, 52 for outputting the signal input to the input terminal, is mounted on a main surface of a substrate 103. The SPDT switches 101, 102 are disposed on the substrate 103 along a direction intersecting with the direction of alignment of the input terminal 50 and the output terminals 51, 52. The terminal 51 of the SPDT switch 101 is aligned with the terminal 52 of the SPDT switch 101 along the disposition direction of the SPDT switches 101, 102. This enables an equal length of two signal lines constituting an input signal line pair and an output signal line pair. |
