<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit for use in a flow cell applied to HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography), which has a conduit protected from external influences and is formed to be connected to at least one light guide or at least one sample supply part.SOLUTION: In a flow cell 1 for absorption detection, a conduit 3 through which flow is to pass has each of opposite ends held in one carrier flange 4, and in this case, the conduit is suspended substantially without pole braces, and both of carrier flanges are firmly connected to each other in order to avoid undesired stress applied into the conduit.</p> |
