PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulation body which has long cold sense retention time when it is held near a body surface of an operator under high temperature environment.SOLUTION: A cold insulation body 100 comprises: a cold insulator 10; an inner bag 20 packing the cold insulator 10; an outer bag 30 storing the inner bag 20; and a pearl layer 40 formed of pearl crushed material made by crushing pearl and arranged in a laminar state so as to pack the cold insulator 10.
