<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery supporting system that quickly dispatches repair staff by detecting a fault such as the fuse blowout of a lead-in wire, and that is able to automatically learn the fault state of the lead-in wire to quickly convey it to a manager.SOLUTION: In a power generation facility 3 for generating low voltage power, a lead-in wire 9 for supplying the low voltage power generated by the power generation facility 3 to a power distribution facility 4, a smart meter 5 placed in the lead-in wire 9, and a recovery supporting system 1 connected with the smart meter 5 and each business office 6, 7 via communication means, the recovery supporting system 1 comprises an address database 13 storing address information on the power generation facility 3 and the smart meter 5, determines whether or not an accident is an accident (fuse blowout) of the lead-in wire 9 on the basis of power supply information from the smart meter 5, searches the address database 13 for the address information on the relevant power generation facility 3 or smart meter 5 if it was determined it is an accident of the lead-in wire 9, transmits the retrieved address information to the business office 7 in charge of the lead-in wire 9, and requests its repair.</p> |
