<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conversion device, a conversion method and a conversion program capable of efficiently using a temporary storage region for storing a schema in format conversion.SOLUTION: A conversion device converts a first structured document into a second structured document whose structure is defined by a schema different from that of the first structured document. The conversion device includes: a schema aggregate storage part for storing the aggregate of schemas; a schema storage part for storing a part of the aggregate of the schemas, which is accessible at a higher speed than the schema aggregate storage part; a conversion part for, when the schema necessary for conversion is stored in the schema storage part, converting the first structured document into the second structured document on the basis of the schema, and for, when the schema necessary for conversion is not stored in the schema storage part, converting the first structured document into the second structured document on the basis of the schema acquired from the schema aggregate storage part, and stored in the schema storage part; and a deletion part for calculating an evaluation value on the basis of a predetermined reference about the schema stored in the schema storage part, and for deleting the schema whose evaluation value is less than a predetermined threshold.</p> |
