<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card reader writer and an on-vehicle device capable of detecting an abnormality that a power source line of an IC card is in a cut state even while a user uses it and notifying the user of it.SOLUTION: The on-vehicle device, in a state that a high-level signal for reset release is given to an RST terminal (S4) at an RST monitor timing (S8:YES, S19:YES), when the voltage of the RST becomes a threshold or less (S10:threshold or less, S21:threshold or less), notifies the user of an abnormality in an IC card 300 (S11). By this, the user can confirm the abnormality in the IC card in an usage state.</p> |
