PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a metal composite oxide particle capable of producing a metal composite oxide particle having high crystallinity and a high dope ratio, and a metal composite oxide particle and a transparent conductive material obtained by the production method.SOLUTION: A production method of a metal composite oxide particle comprises the steps of: preparing a metal composite oxide particle in which a metal oxide particle is doped with a dopant element other than metal constituting the metal oxide particle; and irradiating the metal composite oxide particle with ultraviolet light. In the step of irradiating the metal composite oxide particle with ultraviolet light, the integrated amount of irradiation is set to 200 to 5000 J/cm. |
