<p>Disclosed is a diffuser control apparatus for tidal power generation. The diffuser control apparatus for tidal power generation according to the present invention includes a turbine which is used in an underwater tidal power generator generating electricity by using a tide and is rotated by the tide; a diffuser where an inflow port for fluid inflow and a discharge port for fluid discharge are formed, the turbine is fixed thereinto, and a rotatable rear foil is provided in the discharge port; and a control unit which controls a rotation angle of the rear foil according to a tide direction or speed, wherein the diffuser is configured to be rotatable. According to the present invention, the rotation angle of the rear foil can be adjusted according to the tide direction. Accordingly, the diffuser can be rotated according to a tide flow, through the rotation of the rear foil in a direction in which the cross-sectional area of the discharge port decreases, when the tide flows from the discharge port side to the inflow port side. In addition, the rotation angle of the rear foil is adjusted according to the tide speed, and thus a flow rate in the diffuser can be controlled. Accordingly, turbine use can be augmented through the expansion of a flow rate range allowing power generation.</p> |
