PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode manufacturing device and a method of manufacturing electrode, capable of suppressing the height of a raised portion.SOLUTION: An electrode manufacturing device 10 includes a coating section 21 for coating a metal foil M with slurry S containing an active material, and an electric field applying section 40 for generating an upward attraction force in a flat part, other than a raised portion existing along the end of a coating film F of the slurry S applied to the metal foil M, by applying an electric field to the flat part. Consequently, the slurry S at the raised portion moves to the flat part, and the height of the raised portion is suppressed. |
