PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating device for power generator enabling vibration caused by magnetic leakage to be prevented, stable floating locus to be attained and smooth eccentric rotation to be attained.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a rotating device comprising a rotational driving shaft 100 of which one end is connected to a drive source 101 rotated by natural energy and the other end is connected to a power generator 102; a pair of vertical ring rails 200; a swinging shaft 300 attached to the rotational driving shaft; and a weight travel device 400 slidably installed at the swinging shaft to apply a rotational moment to the rotational driving shaft. The vertical ring rails are made such that magnets are arranged at each of an inner peripheral band ring 201 and an outer peripheral band ring 202 in their peripheral directions with their magnetic poles being arranged in a radial direction. The swinging shaft is made such that a plurality of shafts are implanted to the rotational driving shaft in an equal rotational angle spacing, and a flywheel 301 of true circle is supported at its extremity end. The weight travel device is made such that travel magnets 404, 405 are oppositely faced in a prescribed space under a repelling relation at the rail magnets 205, 206 of the vertical ring rails at each of both sides of the main body. |
