PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary machine that suppresses leakage of an internal fluid and bending deflection of a bolt by increasing the amount of absorption of deformation of a casing by internal pressure and thermal elongation.SOLUTION: A rotary machine includes a casing 4 that comprises upper and lower half casings 41 and 42 and that is integrally connected by fixing a flange part 13, provided in its butt part, by a bolt 6. A rigidity reduction area is provided in a base part 20 of the flange part that assumes a convex shape radially outward from the casing. |
