The present invention relates to a method for controlling a leveling of a rolling mill, including a step for measuring the temperature of the width direction of a material being transferred to a rolling mill; a step for calculating the temperature deviation of the temperature of the width direction of the material; a step for determining a rolling level of the rolling mill based on the calculated temperature deviation; and a step for controlling the rolling mill by the predetermined rolling level.
