PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information provision device and the like capable of improving CS degree of a construction order proxy service by improving business efficiency of the construction order proxy service for receiving/placing order of the construction according to a request from a client.SOLUTION: When receiving a request of construction from a client, a communication system 1 calculates priority of each of contractors having appropriate skill for the construction corresponding to construction request information from a server device 30 of a service center SC, on the basis of a two-point distance thereof to a construction site; and displays information of a contractor with high priority on a display of an operator terminal device 10 as recommendation information.
