PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a laser processing process from being complicated even when dealing with multiproduct production.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an anisotropic conductive member includes the steps of: slicing and cutting a laminate obtained by at least alternately laminating a core sheet including a metal wire 20 and a high-loss layer in a direction substantially orthogonal with the metal wire 20 to produce a laser etching sheet 100 including a core portion 110 of a low-loss property including the metal wire 20 and a high-loss portion 120 of a high-loss property; and thereafter selectively etching the high-loss portion 120 by irradiating at least any one plane of the laser etching sheet 100 substantially as a whole with laser light L1 (and/or L2), thereby manufacturing the anisotropic conductive member. A method of electrical connection between devices and an electronic apparatus employing an anisotropic conductive member manufactured by using the method of manufacturing an anisotropic conductive member are also disclosed. |
