PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a proper flow of a fuel gas in which solid fuel and air are mixed, in a combustion burner and a boiler.SOLUTION: A combustion burner comprises: a starting fuel nozzle 51 which can inject oil fuel; a fuel nozzle 52 which is arranged outside the starting fuel nozzle 51 so as to form a ring shape, mixes pulverized carbon and primary air, and can inject a pulverized air-fuel mixture; a secondary air nozzle 53 which is arranged outside the fuel nozzle 52 so as to form a ring shape, and can inject secondary air; a tertiary air nozzle 54 which is arranged outside the secondary air nozzle 53 so as to form a ring shape, and can inject tertiary air; and a flame holder 55 which can form a circulation flow C1 which circulates at an axial core O side at a tip of the fuel nozzle 52. |
