PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily inform an operator that a filter is in a clogged state without lowering traveling performance and prevent damage of the filter, etc. by preventing an increase in an inflow amount of dust after clogging of the filter.SOLUTION: A hydraulic control device for a hydraulic shovel includes: a directional control valve 140 for controlling a flow of pressure oil supplied from a hydraulic pump 130 to a work tool 108; a fluid control valve 180 for controlling pressure of the pressure oil supplied from the hydraulic pump 130 to the work tool 108; a filter 151 installed in a return oil passage R0; clogging state detection means 155, 122 for detecting a clogging state of the filter 151; and control means 120 for controlling the fluid control valve 180 so that the pressure of the pressure oil supplied to the work tool 108 is made lower when the clogging state of the filter 151 is detected, compared to the case where the clogging state of the filter 151 is not detected. |
