PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure which suppresses the loosening of the fit of a seal member which is pressure-inserted into a rotating body.SOLUTION: A seal structure is formed of: a pressure-insertion part 66 in which a seal member 7 is pressure-inserted into a hole 63 of a rotating body 6; a diameter-expanded part 67 which is expanded in diameter along the pressure-insertion direction from an end of the pressure-insertion part 66; a step 68 which extends to the radial inside of the rotating body 6 rather than the pressure-insertion part 66 from an end of the diameter-expanded part 67; and an insertion part 69 which extends along the pressure-insertion direction from an end of the step 68. The seal member 7 comprises a folded part 73 which is deformedly formed by contacting with an inner wall of the rotating body 6 which forms the step 68 at the pressure-insertion, and engaged with the inner wall of the rotating body 6 which forms the diameter-expanded part 67.
