PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a certificate generation device that generates cancellation information in regard to the generation of a plurality of certificates, on the occurrence of a communication trouble with request means for instructing to generate the certificates for use for security communication.SOLUTION: The certificate generation device includes: means for communicating with the request means that instructs the generation of a plurality of certificates for use for security communication; means for generating the certificates; and means for generating cancellation information in regard to the generation of the certificates, on the occurrence of a communication trouble with the request means. |
