PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exhaust material capable of reducing the installation costs of a thermoelectric element which applies a voltage during cooling and thereby cools an indoor space from a floor surface in a floor air conditioning system including the thermoelectric element and a heater.SOLUTION: A heat exhaust material 1 includes: a thermoelectric element 2 which generates electric energy from thermal energy; and a sheet like conductive part 3 which discharges the electric energy generated by the thermoelectric element 2 to the exterior. The heat exhaust material 1 is formed by MEMS technology to discharge the thermal energy as the electric energy.
