The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of carbon aerogel and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a carbon aerogel, which is capable of being used as supercapacitor electrode materials by using graphene oxide and a regenerating silk fibroin. The carbon aerogel according to the present invention has rich hetero elements which affects electric capacitance like oxygen or nitrogen, thereby increasing electric capacitance, energy density, output density and the stability of charging and discharging.
