Provided is a method for manufacturing Fe-Si system alloy magnetic core including glass powder, comprising a step for manufacturing a mixture by mixing Fe-Si powder with glass powder; a step for manufacturing a plate sample by injection molding after mixing a chemical bonding agent with the mixture; and a step for eliminating a chemical bonding agent by degreasing chemically and thermally in the plate sample and for sintering at high temperature.
