PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restart a drive source by establishing a restart condition without releasing an idle stop state if there is no obstacle within a prescribed distance from a bonnet when an opened state of the bonnet is detected at a stop of the drive source by idle stop control.SOLUTION: In an engine automatic stop state by idle stop control by an idle stop control part 11 by the establishment of a prescribed stop condition during traveling, when an opened state of a bonnet is detected by an opening/closing detection switch 17 when the existence of an obstacle such as people within a prescribed distance of the bonnet is detected by an obstacle detection sensor 16, the idle stop control is not performed, and an engine 3 is controlled to an engine forcibly-stopped state. On the other hand, when the existence of the obstacle is not detected within the prescribed distance of the bonnet by the obstacle detection sensor 16 in the engine automatic stop state by the idle stop control, the idle stop control is not released by the idle stop control part 11, and the engine 3 is controlled to the forcibly-stopped state. |
