PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair composition which contains an active ingredient, derived from natural product, excellent in biosafety and which ameliorates decreased sturdiness and tension of hair as well as prevents or improves hair loss and thin hair.SOLUTION: A hair composition comprises a fermentation product obtained by fermenting seeds of Nympaeaceae Nelumbo plant with microorganisms, and/or a fermentation product obtained by fermenting royal jelly with microorganisms, and having hair papilla cell activation action and/or insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) synthesis-promoting action. |
