PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fare collection system which can be operated without leaving behind money which is stored for change in a fare box.SOLUTION: A fare collection system 1 comprises: a fare box 2 in which a fare or a ticket is put; a safe 4 for storing objects put in the fare box 2; and an adjustment machine 5 for collecting the objects stored in the safe 4. The safe 4 has a money delivery mechanism 36 for delivering money stored for change as changed coins when coin(s) or a bill is put in the fare box 2 for change. The changed coins delivered from the money delivery mechanism 36 are lifted up by a conveyance belt 38 and ejected from a reception tray 13 arranged on a side wall of a fare box main body 3. |
