PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image capturing apparatus which controls the operational state thereof in accordance with the determination result on whether or not an image capturing residual time is a threshold time or longer.SOLUTION: A radiation image capturing apparatus having a radiation detection unit arranged with a plurality of conversion elements for converting a radioactive ray into electric charges, and a drive part for driving the radiation detection unit, comprises: a determination unit for determining whether or not the image capturing residual time obtained by calculating a difference by subtracting an elapsed time from the use start of the radiation detection unit, from an image capturing possible time of a radiation image by using the radiation detection unit is a threshold time or longer; and a control unit for controlling the operation states of the radiation detection unit and the drive unit in accordance with the result of the determination. |
