PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balance capable of reducing an escapement error by easily adjusting the rate of a timepiece, and capable of obtaining a stable rate characteristic, and provide a movement for a timepiece including the balance and a timepiece including the movement for a timepiece.SOLUTION: A balance comprises: a balance staff 30 to which a balance wheel 20 is externally fixed; and a balance spring 40 of which an inner end part 43 is connected to the balance staff 30. When an inner peripheral surface 40a of the balance spring 40 extends in the axial direction of the balance staff 30, the inner peripheral surface 40a is formed so as to intersect with a central axis O of the balance staff 30. |
