PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring a discharge of an oil pump close to a theoretical discharge by applying a coating having sufficient wear resistance, low friction and adhesion to the surface of a base material thereby enabling a clearance within the oil pump to be reduced.SOLUTION: At least one surface in an oil pump 1 selected from among end surfaces, an inner peripheral surface and tooth surfaces of an inner rotor 2, end surfaces, an outer peripheral surface and tooth surfaces of an outer rotor 3, inner surface portions opposite to the inner rotor end surfaces, of a housing 4, inner surface portions opposite to the outer rotor end surfaces, of the housing 4 and an inner surface portion opposite to the outer peripheral surface of the outer rotor, of the housing has a covering film made of crosslinked fluorine resin, and a minimum clearance between the surface with the covering film formed thereon and a surface opposite to the surface with the covering film is -10 μm or more and 20 μm or less while the pump is actually operated. |
