<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display information in a display time suitable for situations.SOLUTION: A control part 20 of an information display device 1 acquires specification information for specifying information, a plurality of parameters indicating such situations as an estimated age, estimated sexuality, current position, time zone and weather and statistical information generated so as to be associated with time thresholds indicating the display time of information from a management server device on a network, and stores them in an HDD 13. The control part 20 detects the plurality of parameters indicating the situations in the case of displaying the information, and collates the parameters or the like with the statistical information stored in the HDD 13, and detects the statistical information indicating the display time corresponding to the situations indicated by each parameter from among the statistical information stored in the HDD 13. Then, the control part 20 performs control such that a display part 14 displays the information during the display time indicated by the time threshold of the detected statistical information.</p> |
