<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a pointed position inexpensively with real-time property, while reducing computational complexity for image processing, without installing a position measuring camera or requiring time and effort.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 103 images a display 102. On the basis of the camera image and an image displayed on a display, a projection transform matrix from a display coordinate system to a captured image coordinate system is determined. On the basis of the projection transform matrix, coordinates formed by converting coordinates of four corners of the display to the captured image coordinate are determined, to determine pan and tilt angles to be obtained when the camera center of the mobile terminal is aligned with the four corners of the display, on the basis of pan, tilt and roll angles to be obtained when the display is imaged by a camera of the mobile terminal. Calibration processing is performed by determining projection transform matrix to the display coordinate system. After the calibration processing, a position pointed by the mobile terminal is specified on the basis of the pan angle and the tilt angle calculated from an acceleration sensor and a geomagnetic sensor.</p> |
