PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning blade having excellent wear resistance and strength.SOLUTION: A cleaning blade 342A is formed of a member which includes a part (a contact corner part) 3A in contact with a member to be cleaned at least, containing polyurethane rubber, and having at least two different endothermic peak temperatures of 100°C or higher based on differential scanning calorimetry. The cleaning blade includes: the contact part (contact corner part) 3A in contact with a moving image holding body (photoreceptor drum) 31 to clean a surface of the image holding body 31; a tip surface 3B including the contact corner part 3A forming one side and facing the upstream side of the moving direction (arrow A); a ventral surface 3C including the contact corner part 3A forming one side and facing the downstream side of the moving direction (arrow A); and a back surface 3D sharing the one side with the tip surface 3B and opposite the ventral surface 3C.
