PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate and a transparent resin film which have excellent adhesion between a transparent resin film and a curable resin layer.SOLUTION: A laminate comprises a transparent resin film consisting of at least one thermoplastic resin layer and a curable resin layer laminated on at least one side of the resin film. The curable resin layer is formed by hardening a curable resin composition containing a cage silsesquioxane resin, and the thermoplastic resin constituting the thermoplastic resin layer in contact with the curable resin layer is a copolymer of an alkyl methacrylate and an alkyl acrylate having a load deflection temperature of 20-80°C.
