PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaping device of a tip for spot welding in which a tip can be shaped to a regular shape easily by a shaping tool that can be manufactured easily.SOLUTION: A shaping device 1 for a tip 6 for spot welding comprises a holder tube part 2 having an insertion hole 21 into which a tip 6 is inserted, a holder bottom part 3 having a tip shaping blade 31 which shapes the apical surface 61 of the tip 6, a blade tool plate 4 which is held by a blade tool holding groove 22 of the holder tube part 2 and includes a side surface shaping blade 41 for shaping the curved side surface 62 of the tip 6, and rotating means which rotates a shaping tool 11 that is formed by integrating the holder tube part 2, the holder bottom part 3 and the blade tool plate 4 in a rotation direction of the circular direction of the tip 6. In the shaping tool 11, a spiral shape is formed for flowing the material portion composing the tip 6 from the curved side surface 62 to the apical surface 61 by the side surface shaping blade 41 of the blade tool plate 4 and the tip shaping blade 31 of the holder bottom part 3. |
