PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make each of terminal computers independently perform display control operation according to their respective installation positions while making a position identifying medium unnecessary.SOLUTION: A distributed computer system for railway vehicles includes: a plurality of terminal computers 4; a wireless LAN access point 3 installed in each vehicle; and an information service management device 2 that delivers information which it makes a display terminal display via the access point, and controls operation of the terminal computers 4. The wireless LAN access point 3 measures the intensity of a radio wave received from each terminal computer 4 by a radio wave intensity measuring unit, obtains AP installation direction information on its own wireless LAN access point by an installation direction acquisition unit, establishes radio communication with the terminal computers 4, and notifies an operation control device of terminal identification information obtained from the terminal computers 4, the installation direction information, the radio wave intensity, the AP installation direction information, and its own identification information. |
