摘要
本创作系一种煞车碟盘之散热结构改良,主要在煞车碟盘的摩擦面系形成复数第一散热孔及至少一连接该第一散热孔之凹槽,此凹槽系由二相对应的壁面及连结各该壁面的底壁形成,各该壁面由该第一散热孔且沿着该摩擦面方向延伸,并于末端相交叠,透过前述散热孔与凹槽的结构搭配并以环形等距或非等距方式分布,让在高温下的煞车碟盘能有效加强通风效果,以迅速降低煞车碟盘温度,并减轻其重量,同时增加其摩擦力以去除散热孔尾部的硬块,进而减少共振降低高速噪音。
