FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: device for filtration of food liquids contains a sealed detachable body with nipples for inlet and outlet of liquids and a filtering element installed in the body. The filtration device is additionally equipped with a perforated cylinder with a filtrating element inside whereof two elastic hollow cylinders with movable and stationary bases, a rod, continuous and perforated discs and a drive mechanism with a control unit are positioned. The movable base of one elastic hollow cylinder is equipped with a continuous disc while the stationary base is attached to the body butt on the filtrated liquid output. The movable base of the other elastic hollow cylinder is equipped with a perforated disc with the stationary base attached to the body butt on the filtrated liquid input. The movable bases are interconnected through the perforated and continuous discs by the rod moved via the drive mechanism equipped with the control unit.EFFECT: liquid product purification efficiency enhancement.1 dwg
